Reprogramming Genes

Scientists used to think that cancer was entirely genetic—caused by glitches in the structure of DNA. But now it appears that tiny chemical tags that turn genes on and off might also be the culprits. If we can adjust these tags—essentially reprogramming genes—can we control certain forms of cancer?
